We proudly produce five productions in our 2025-2026 season! These include a fall play for high school students, a winter play and musical with opportunities for high school and middle school students and a spring musical for high school students. Also included in our programming is our student-led Dexter Drama Directing “3D” Series, where talented high schoolers take over to direct and often even write plays and musicals!

Every production is entirely cast and crewed by student performers, technicians, and musicians, a tradition that makes Dexter Drama truly special. Our musicals feature a live  student pit orchestra, and all performances are held in the beautiful Dexter High School Center for Performing Arts.

But the stage is just one aspect of club membership. We also offer exciting experiences like participation in the Michigan Thespian Festival, an annual NYC trip for upperclassmen, a student film festival, and a lively Improv Troupe!
